We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, colours, and prices for all products. Because each Zhuangjin brocade piece is handwoven, minor variations in colour, pattern, and texture are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects. These variations make each piece unique.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer or device display of any colour will be accurate.

We may correct errors, refuse or cancel orders (including after confirmation) where pricing or product information is manifestly incorrect, and limit quantities. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice before you complete payment. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders for any lawful reason. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or to the address you provide, according to our shipping policy.

Import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply for international shipments and are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout. Jinlumi is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Our return and refund rules are described in our Shipping & Returns policy (including time limits, condition of goods, and exclusions such as final-sale items). Refunds, if approved, are generally issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights where they cannot be waived by law.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools on an as-is and as-available basis without any warranties or endorsement.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as allowed by applicable law for personal, non-commercial browsing.

The traditional Zhuangjin brocade patterns featured in our products represent cultural heritage. While we support the preservation and appreciation of these patterns, commercial reproduction without permission is prohibited.

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
